Our Alcohol-Free Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) Tincture is a gentle yet powerful immune booster, perfect for children and those sensitive to alcohol. This natural antiviral helps prevent and relieve colds, flu, and other upper respiratory infections. Traditionally used in folk medicine, elderberry is known to reduce inflammation and act as an antipyretic. Instructions: Shake before use

Maintenance dosage: Take 20 drops daily straight underneath the tongue or in a little water or juice to boost your immune system to reduce the risk of seasonal colds or flu.

During illness: Take 20 drops (2 times per day) straight underneath the tongue or with a little juice or water. This will significantly reduce the intensity and duration of your cold/flu symptoms.

Once opened - Store in a cool dark place. This tincture has a shelf life of up to 3 years but use within 6 months of opening.
