Elderberry (sambucus nigra) is an effective antiviral used to prevent and provide relief from colds, flu and other upper respiratory infections. Traditionally used in folk medicine, it has been known to help reduce inflammation, and antipyretic. Naturally high in Vitamin C, and antioxidants, elderberry helps boost your immune system to fight pathogens and allergens.

Cayenne pepper is great to relieve the symptoms of congestion including headache and stuffy nose, it helps fight against fungal infections in the mucosal membrane and strengthens the body's immune response when exposed to pathogens, High in Vitamin C, it is known to support immune system functionality as well as other internal systems. Together, this makes a perfect combo as an immune system booster and protector.

Instructions: Shake before use

Maintenance dosage: Take 15 drops daily in a little water or juice to boost your immune system to reduce the risk of seasonal colds or flu.

During illness: Take 15 drops (2-3 times per day) with a little juice or water. This will significantly reduce the intensity of your cold/flu symptoms and duration.

Note: To remove alcohol, add a few drops to hot water, let it cool, and then sip. The alcohol will evaporate, leaving the tincture still effective.

Once opened - Store in a cool dark place. Our tinctures has a shelf life of up to 5 years but use within 6 months of opening.

Caution: The cayenne pepper in this tincture mix is hot; if you are not used to the heat we recommend you start with a small amount and gradually increase to the recommended level.
